Reconciliation & Peacemaking Purpose
- While conflicts are inevitable in light of our fallen and sinful nature - what is of utmost importance is how we forgive and reconcile with others so that God is glorified.
- Christian schools are not exempt and many once promising Christian schools struggle with unresolved conflicts from selfish ambition, gossip, criticism, grumbling and a lack of love with broken fellowship.
- However, true Christian schools must be effective and Christ-honoring schools with relationships of unity, charity, grace and forgiveness.
- The Matthew 18 principle though grossly neglected - yet not optional - remains an absolute Biblical truth for the blessing of reconciliation and peacemaking.
