• Seek overall school improvement or the refinement of programs so that the Christian school will become/remain a comprehensive and faithful school in God's image.
    

Highlighted components of a comprehensive school assessment/Strategic Planning include:

• Review/Study/Analysis of requested school documents by consultant prior to on-site visit.  (Day 1)
• A key component of the Imago Dei Consulting Group is to undertake the comprehensive school assessment in an attitude of prayerfulness dependent on God's grace from start to finish.
• Through the document study and the initial call(s) with school leadership - the purpose, issues & questions for the strategic school assessment are established and prepared. (Day 1) 
• Follow-up call to designated school official(s) to plan specifics/agenda for the on-site visit.
• On-site visit to meet with school leadership and to observe daily activities of school. Generally, the on-site visit consists of 2-4 days depending on the size, grades offered and objectives of the visit. (Days 2-4)
• The consultant can also be available to meet with board members/administrators during the late afternoon or evening. (to accommodate board members' schedules and to respect administrators' responsibilities) 
• The on-site visit encourages the setting up of time for question and answer sessions with designated leadership and departments.
• Preparation of a professional report summarizing the findings/insights of the consultant's visit.  The report will answer the questions, issues and purpose of the on-site visit as well as summarize the assessment and make recommendations for improvement - so that the school's vision and mission is truthful with meaning and purpose to the glory of God.  (8 hours billed as 1 day off-site)
• Follow-up conference call to review/go over report along with question and answer with board members and/or school leadership is conducted.
• (In addition, an on-site follow-up workshop can be scheduled and conducted at a later date for the purpose of implementing recommendations and organizing steps for improvement from the comprehensive school assessment.)
• Travel and accommodation expenses billed as incurred.
